SPANIEL-soya processer cheeper in cost can be put in every cafeterias hygienic product with soya benefits Purpose:- ¨ To facilitate production of soya milk at industrial scale for food restaurants, wanders, cafeterias etc. to prepare hygienically and pure common product with assured quality. Why should anyone care about the work we did? Soy Milk is now being accepted and becoming widely consumed in many African Countries. Why not starting your business of producing and selling soy milk, Soy Foods and Soya Recipes Soya milk is nutritionally close to cow’s milk. Soya is popular as a rich source of protein. Soy milk is promoted as healthy alternative to cow’s milk. Soy milk is made by soaking soya beans, grinding them with water. The fluid which results after straining is called soy milk. You can make soy milk at home with basic kitchen tools or with a soy milk machine. Most of the soy milk available in the market is flavoured and fortified with extra calcium or vitamins. The most popular flavours are vanilla and chocolate. Problem statement: The problem we solved or the hypothesis we investigated:- Temperature controlling and constant level maintained in machine. Automatic separation of husk. Evaporation under controlled temperature. What my project or invention contributes to the area? It will reduce raw cost in cafeterias. People will get hygienic and quality controlled fresh and healthy product. Could be sell in market with mixture of 20:80 with regular milk.
